The Bylaws Committee makes recommendations to the Board and the General Assembly / Membership regarding the currency of the Association’s Bylaws through a process of review and revision.The committee solicits suggestions from the membership prior to the General Assembly regarding the need for change or revision. The committee drafts revisions and updates for review by the Board and General Membership prior to a vote by the General Assembly. The committee reviews the Bylaws at least every two years.
