NANDA International exists to develop, refine and promote terminology that accurately reflects nurses' clinical judgments. This unique, evidence-based perspective includes social, psychological and spiritual dimensions of care.

Looking for the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA)? You've found us!  In 2002, we became NANDA International (NANDA-I) to reflect worldwide use of nursing diagnosis terminology. Though our name changed, our vision remains consistent and clear: NANDA-I will be a global force for the development and use of nursing's standardized terminology to improve the health care of all people.
