Visa Letter of Invitation

We use an online form for Visa Invitation Letter requests, so that we can maintain a record of letters as we send them out. Please note that we will not accept requests for Visa Letters of Invitation unless submitted through our online form. Click here to open the form. We will send your letter via email, within 5 to 7 business days following receipt of your online form submission.

Conference Languages

The official language of the conference is English. Spanish translation will be provided.

Liability and Insurance
The conference organizers cannot assume liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, either during or directly arising from the NANDA-I 2012 Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received via email or by phone on or before April 1, 2012 will be assessed a $125 processing fee. Telephone cancellations must be followed up in writing, either by email or postal mail, by April 15, 2012. No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2012.
