To qualify for Member discounts, join NANDA-I first and then register for the conference through our Members Only portal. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Click here to access our online store.
2. If you’ve previously registered at our website, log in and purchase your membership. If not, click New Visitor Registration and create your account. After doing so, log in to our Members Only portal and purchase your membership.
3. After receipt of the email confirmation of your membership purchase, log in to our Members Only Area and register for the conference.

No, we are not offering group registrations for this conference.
What are my conference registration payment options?

1. Your PayPal account, or
2. Your credit card* (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
*NOTES: You do not need a PayPal Account to use the credit card option. If you register and pay from outside the United States, your credit card must be authorized for international purchases.

Do I need a PayPal account to register for the conference?

No. Though we use PayPal Checkout to process our payments, an account is not required. When you click on the PayPal button you will see two payment options: one to pay via your PayPal account and a second option to pay via credit card. Please see above for credit card options.
How do I purchase a conference registration and/or Gala Event ticket for someone other
   than myself?

Purchasing for a Member of NANDA-I
1. Select the Member registration link.
2. Enter your information in the Payment Details section.
3. Enter the registrant's information in the Name Badge section and provide us their email address.
4. Proceed to complete the registration form and payment.

Purchasing for a Nonmember
1. Select the Nonmember registration link.
2. Enter your information in the Payment Details section.
3. Enter the registrant's information in the Name Badge section and provide us their email address.
4. Proceed to complete the registration form and payment.
May I register and pay at the conference?

Yes, you may register and pay at the conference, using one of the following payment options:
1. Your PayPal account, or
2. A valid international credit card, or
3. Cash payment in US Dollars.

What is the official language of the conference?

The official language of the conference is English. Spanish translation will be provided.
How do I request a Visa Letter of Invitation?

We use an online form for Visa Invitation Letter requests, so that we can maintain a record of letters as we send them out. Please note that we will not accept requests for Visa Letters of Invitation unless submitted through our online form. Click here to open the form. We will send your letter via email, within 5 to 7 business days following receipt of your online form submission.
