Your registration fee includes congress materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, working lunches, admission to all congress sessions, posters and the opening ceremony.

Registration accepted online only at the Congress website.

*Fees in US Dollars are estimates based on the currency exchange rate as of August 17, 2009. Actual registration fees will be based on the currency exchange rate at the time of registration and payment.
**The Student Fee requires student status verification. To receive the student fee, you must provide proof of full time student status (ID card or letter from your institution or programme director) at time of registration. Student fee does not include working lunches.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be done in writing by e-mail to the congress secretary and are subject to the following conditions:before March, 31 2010: 50% will be withheld as a fee for administration; refunds will not be issued for cancellations received on or after April, 1 2010. All reimbursements will be processed AFTER the congress has concluded.
